la participation au tournoi de golf ou l’initiation au golf
un polo ou veste avec logo du BGT et des sponsors gold
Balles et accessoires divers
Lunch packs ( boissons , sandwich , fruits etc….)
la participation à la remise de prix et à des cadeaux divers
l’open bar après le tournoi de golf
un repas en fin de journée
la participation à la tombola dont les fonds récoltés sont remis à une association caritative choisie par les organisateurs
les bénéfices éventuels sont versés à une association caritative

Politique d'annulation

Aucune annulation après le 31 août ne sera remboursée.
En cas de force majeure entraînant l’annulation du tournoi, les droits d’inscription seront remboursés aux participants, déduction faite des frais déjà engagés par l’organisation et non récupérables.

By registering to the BGTrophy you agree for the use of your personal data. The organizers use the data only for internal communication among the participants via email and/or phone exclusively in relation with the organization and invitation to the event or practical information. Contact information are not communicated to third parties. It is a right and specific demand from participants, if they are not willing their name, company and title, to be visible on the list of participants.
